1. Role Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance for a growing software company. The role requires building a strong team culture, hiring quality talent, and supporting company growth.


2. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  1. Manage end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles
  2. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
  3. Post jobs on platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  5. Schedule technical interviews and manage offer process
  6. Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  1. Manage employee onboarding process
  2. Prepare employment contracts and documentation
  3. Conduct orientation for new employees
  4. Handle exit formalities and exit interviews

HR Operations

  1. Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  2. Manage attendance, leave, and HR policies
  3. Coordinate payroll inputs with finance team
  4. Ensure proper employee file management

Employee Engagement & Culture

  1. Organize team activities and employee engagement programs
  2. Address employee concerns and workplace issues
  3. Support leadership in building positive company culture
  4. Promote company values and teamwork

Performance Management

  1. Support performance review process
  2. Assist managers with goal setting and employee feedback
  3. Track employee performance cycles

Compliance & Policies

  1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
  2. Maintain HR policies and employee handbook
  3. Manage employee grievance processes


3. Required Skills

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Experience in IT / software company hiring
  3. Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations
  4. Good organizational and documentation skills
  5. Ability to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously


4. Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
  2. 1–3 years HR experience, preferably in IT or software companies

6. Preferred Experience

Job Type: Full-time
