1. Role Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance for a growing software company. The role requires building a strong team culture, hiring quality talent, and supporting company growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring process for technical and non-technical roles
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
- Post jobs on platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule technical interviews and manage offer process
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage employee onboarding process
- Prepare employment contracts and documentation
- Conduct orientation for new employees
- Handle exit formalities and exit interviews
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR policies
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance team
- Ensure proper employee file management
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize team activities and employee engagement programs
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues
- Support leadership in building positive company culture
- Promote company values and teamwork
Performance Management
- Support performance review process
- Assist managers with goal setting and employee feedback
- Track employee performance cycles
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
- Maintain HR policies and employee handbook
- Manage employee grievance processes
3. Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in IT / software company hiring
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously
4. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
- 1–3 years HR experience, preferably in IT or software companies
