We use your personal information on one of these grounds under the DPDP Act:
- Consent: when you fill in our contact form, apply for a job or ask to receive updates, you agree to us using your information for that purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before.
- Legitimate uses: when we need the information to deliver a service you have asked for, to comply with the law, or for other uses the DPDP Act permits.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: as long as we are in touch with you about a possible project, and then only as long as is reasonable to follow up.

8. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, limited staff access and regular backups. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India where the law requires it.
