Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in HR. As an HR Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:
